Description
The Bird House was originally built in the late 70s. Its mid-century architecture is unusual for Seaside, and it captured our imaginations. We saw potential in a 50-year-old house that needed a lot of love, so we bought it in 2022 and gutted it to the studs. Literally, to the studs.
We fully renovated the Bird House—new roof, insulation, drywall, kitchen, bathrooms…you get the idea.
